What You Can Return
Returns are only accepted for:
- Manufacturer's defects
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect product delivered
within 30 days of the item's delivery.

Please be sure of your order before purchasing as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Additionally, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of used perfumes.

How To Return
In the event you need to return a product due to a manufacturer defect, damage on arrival, or incorrect product delivered, please contact us at info@theonlinekingdom.com. Be sure to include your order number and details of the defect, including a photo when possible. We will then send you an RMA and return shipping address.

The item for return must be shipped within 30 days of the item's delivery, in its original packaging, and must be unused.
When shipping your return package to us, we strongly suggest that you insure the package. In the event the package is lost or damaged in transit, TheOnlineKingdom shall not be responsible. We suggest that you use a trackable carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.

Refunds
Approved returns (see above) that we receive are inspected and then approved for a refund. We will credit the refund amount to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days.
