Our orders ship within 1-4 business days of receiving your order. Orders are delivered within 5-15 business days after shipping. You will receive an email with your order's tracking information so you will know when to expect it.

We offer free shipping on all products to all locations.

TheOnlineKingdom has partnered with Square, a leading payment gateway, to accept payments safely and securely for our customers. TheOnlineKingdom accepts credit or debit cards and any payment methods accepted by Square. Payment for all orders must be made during checkout. TheOnlineKingdom does not accept any late payments. If you experience any issues during the checkout process, please don't hesitate to contact us at (800) 624-0621 during our opening hours: Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm EST and Friday: 9am - 2:30pm EST. When you place an order with TheOnlineKingdom you will receive an email confirmation, listing what was ordered, the shipping address, your payment method and a unique order ID. You will also receive a second email once your order has shipped which will include a tracking number for you to know your estimated delivery date. TheOnlineKingdom will never sell or distribute your email address to anyone without your permission.
